A new photo series "The Value of a Dollar" showcases a dollar's worth of various foods.
Photographer Jonathan Blaustein painted the walls of his apartment white and began documenting just how far one dollar could go in New Mexico. His series "The Value of a Dollar" showcases a dollar's worth of burgers, salads, candy necklaces, white bread, potted meat, escargot, grapefruits, saffron, and blueberries.
