Pixar is the latest company to release an It Gets Better video. Is this becoming a barometer for a company's commitment to gay rights?

Pixar employees have added their voice to the It Gets Better videos. We've already shown you Google's, and I've also found contributions by Facebook, Gap, Logo (not so surprising), and the DNC. They are all below
You have to wonder if, at some point, this becomes some subtle barometer of a company's values. I imagine these videos were organized by the employees, not the company, and perhaps some very gay-friendly companies' gay employees simply aren't interested in making a video. But the Facebook, Gap, and DNC videos were all released under the organization's official YouTube channel. That says a lot about a commitment to gay rights. Here are the rest of the videos:
