This Is What They're Going to Try to Put on the Oil Leak
So BP has
finished building the first of three huge steel domes
that it's hoping to drop down on top of the oil leaks on the ocean floor. Here's a picture of what that cap looks like. In essence, this dome would funnel the leaking oil up into a pipe that conveys it to a huge tanker on the surface. The Oil Drum has
