They're partnering up with Change the Equation to set students' STEM imaginations of fire.
The 35-minute interactive webcast, which is co-hosted by Change the Equation, a national coalition of STEM-focused companies, will showcase STEM careers, turn a spotlight on a variety of STEM professionals, and help students explore the STEM challenges they face. Actress and singer Keke Palmer will serve as the webcast's "Mission Control Host" and Dr. Linda P. Rosen, the CEO of Change the Equation, and Bobak Ferdowsi, the flight director, of the Mars Rover Curiosity will also provide updates. Students from the Engineering and Environmental Science Academy at John Muir High School in Pasadena, California will also talk about what they're learning.
