A Logo for Every City on the Planet

If your city had a logo, what would it look like? Well, now you can design one yourself. A project called CitID is collecting logos for cities all over the world. They're asking designers, artists, and other creatives to "make a logo or a visual interpretation of the city closest to their heart" and add it to their jaw-dropping online collection.

So far they have submissions from cities on every continent, but there are still lots of countries that don't have any cities represented. They're looking for their first contributions from Fiji, Finland, and French Guiana, to name just a few. The ultimate goal: To have a logo for every city on the planet. Every single one. And, of course, to celebrate the unique identities of our municipalities and metropolises.
