One Degree Hotlist

A few days ago, the Weather Channel, on their climate change website called One°, published the One Degree Hot List, a list of the people most influential on the climate change issue this year. The real question is that how could anyone not notice the summer like temperatures just a few days before Christmas and not see the need for some sort of radical and immediate solution. It's not supposed to be this warm. Can you imagine the economic catastrophe if the entire winter clothing industry shut down? Or if the world just exploded? Honestly, is someone on this?
