And from a cursory glance at the A.B. 32 Wikipedia page (or a look at the bill itself (PDF)) you would learn that A.B. 32 is not a tax but rather plan to monitor and lower the state's greenhouse gases. And from a look at Proposition 23 you'd learn it has no direct job-creation provisions.
