All Out is a new organization launching in 2011 that aims to focus attention on LGBT issues around the world. That's their simple video message above, made with activists in 10 cities on five continents. All Out wants to turn the focus on gay rights global because while we're busy focusing on same-sex marriage and Don't Ask, Don't Tell, All Out reminds us that:
In 76 countries around the world being LGBT is a crime. In 10, it is legal grounds for life imprisonment—or execution. And in many countries where living openly gay is not considered a crime, assault and murder against LGBT people is on the rise, and LGBT rights are viewed as “special rights” rather than basic human rights.

So, even if you're an American who feels warmed watching another It Gets Better video, there is still much work to do.
