No one wants to get paid less than someone else for doing the exact same job, unfortunately that’s what happens to women everyday. On average, women make 78% of what men make for the same work. International Women’s Day is this Sunday, so there is no better time to raise awareness about the wage gap for women and to take a stand for gender equality. In this hilarious new video from Paul Gale, he does just that. By using the online retail giant, Amazon, to show us what getting 78% of things looks like, he captures the absuridity of women being treated as second class citizens in the workplace.

19 countries photoshopped one man to fit their idea of the perfect body

If you ask people what they think the “perfect" body looks like, you're sure to get a range of answers, depending on where the person is from. Last year, Superdrug Online Doctor created a project, “Perceptions of Perfection" that showed what people in 18 countries think the “perfect" woman looks like. The project was a viral hit.
