The spots feature a single guy ranting in a car. The guy is ostensibly a Giuliani supporter but his coarse, uninformed, almost schizophrenic rants are laughable at best and pretty offensive at worst.
They're the work of a pro, and someone with an agenda, but we don't really know what to make of them.
