The eponymous cat has been photoshopped out of these Garfield comic strips. With only Jon, the middle-aged comedic foil, left, Jim Davis's comic strip is transformed from a vehicle for mediocre lasagna one-liners into a series of meditative graphic haikus. Very inventive.
