When he gets the chance, Obama is actually pretty funny. But we haven't really seen him get funny and ruthless.
In this video from the White House Correspondents' Dinner, the POTUS puts reality TV star Donald Trump in his place for nearly two minutes, with class, humor and a thorough dose of public mockery.
Trump is in the room, so he has to sit there and take it. He doesn't look pleased at all as the crowd erupts with laughter at his expense several times over. But, then again, it was his choice to play the political clown.
Some gems from the roaster-in-chief:
"No one is prouder to put this birth certificate matter to rest than the Donald. And that's because he can finally get back to focusing on the issues that matter. Like did we fake the moon landing, what really happened in Roswell, and where are Biggie and 2-Pac?"

"All kidding aside, obviously we all know about your credentials and breadth of experience ... [pause, laughter] ... for example, no seriously, just recently on an episode of celebrity apprentice... you fired Gary Busey, and these are the kinds of decisions that would keep me up at night."

Now imagine if Donald Trump actually ran for president. He would be mocked off the campaign trail by everyone from candidates, to comics, to civics teachers.
