Project 009: Coconut Kiwi Sandwich

"Living in New York has made stocking groceries at home a little irregular... leading to very creative brown bag sandwiches for lunch! This one is a combination of multi-grain bread, honey-roasted peanut butter, coconut flakes and a kiwi!"Sure, this isn't really a "recipe" per se (and it's barely a lunch), but we completely understand what it's like to have to combine the available ingredients into whatever Frankenstein's sandwich you can. We like the resourcefulness.
