Lately I have been impressed by a friend's winter biking, entertained as I watch him sort out how to stay warm (but not too warm), and dry (without having to wear snow pants). He has started wearing a bank-robberish balaclava, and invested in some nifty pants that look like slacks, but are actually breathable and flexible like an athletic pant should be. Clearly, bike fashion is not what it used to be.Anyway, there are lots of sites out there with winter biking tips, but we'd also like to hear from you. If you live in a city with seasons, do you bike in the winter months? Got any tips for the best way to keep warm and dry without having to change when you get to work? For tips from Vermont, click here; Toronto, here; Maine, here; Chicago, here.Image (CC) by Flickr user Adamscarrol
