Tehran's Closed, the Air's Too Polluted

For the second time in a month, terrible air pollution in Tehran has forced officials to close government offices and schools and recommend anyone with respiratory issues stay indoors. Most of the pollution comes from cars, and because Tehran has mountains on three sides, it just stays in the basin.
