This post is brought to you by GOOD with support from University of Phoenix
GOOD and University of Phoenix are two weeks away from determining the last two finalists remaining for the Great American Teach-Off 2013. This week, eight finalists are left standing and the vote counts were very close!
From West Virginia to Minnesota to California, innovative teachers in grades K through 6 and grades 7 through 12 are competing to each win one $10,000 classroom grant. And starting March 25 noon PT, they need your help to win the next round of voting.
You can vote once a day until March 31 at midnight PT to make your vote count. The two teachers with the fewest votes each week will be eliminated, until we have one last teacher standing in each grade set.
For week four, watch videos of parent and peer endorsements for each of the four finalists in grades K through 6 and 7 through 12. Then, vote for your favorite and spread the word, because this week, your participation will make all the difference.
Every Monday from now through April 7 midnight PT, we'll upload a new video at noon PT from the finalists so you can see how these teachers are transforming education in their classrooms.
Let's help two deserving teachers continue their good work, one student at a time.
