Veronika is the founder and CEO of The Empowerment Plan, a nonprofit with a remarkably holistic impact strategy: providing coats that double as sleeping bags for homeless people. Even more impressive, the Empowerment Plan employs homeless women to manufacture these coats, providing them with work and teaching life skills.
