Pioneering gay rights leader Eric Ohena Lembembe was killed in Cameroon this week for his work to stop the violence against homosexuals in his home country.
Indeed, more people are arrested in Cameroon each year for homosexuality than any other country in the world, making the new film "Born This Way" timely in it's documentation of the struggles of the nation's LGBTQ community.
The documentary profiles the county's first LGBTQ organization, Alternatives Cameroun, which does courageous work in a country where homosexuality is against the law.
