The Adventures of ‘Donald and Hobbes’

“I’d choose money.”

Calvin and Hobbes was a massively-popular newspaper comic strip by BIll Watterson that ran from 1985 to 1995. It stars Calvin, a loud and rambunctious six-year-old boy with no filter between his head and his mouth, and Hobbes, his sardonic stuffed tiger. Back in December, Redditor eucalyptusfire uploaded a Calvin and Hobbes strip with Calvin’s face replaced with 2016 GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump and the similarities between Calvin and Trump are hilariously uncanny.

The post spawned a popular subreddit Donald and Hobbes where Redditors upload comic strips replacing Cavin’s head with The Donald’s. Here are some of the funniest strips.
